Typhoon Papaya

It’s like a tropical typhoon pounced on and mixed a variety of ingredients and tastes in one exotic cocktail. Spicery, freshness, taste of ripe fruits, something paganish – it is a mind-blowing mix!


Ingredients

  • 50 ml Medoff Original
  • 30 ml Ponthier Papaya Puree
  • 10 ml Vida Mescal
  • 15 ml pineapple syrup with cinnamon
  • 10 ml Monin Agave
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash orange bitter
  • 1 slice papaya


How to mix

Add the ingredients to a shaker and thoroughly shake them. Strain them to a cooled Tiki glass with ice and top up with crashed ice. Remember tropical decorations: papaya slice, edible flower, mint leaves and pineapple chip.
