Smoked Blaze

It’s cold, like a sudden blast of the Scottish dry Blaze wind. This is a sour-sweet cocktail with smoky flavors and acerb berry aftertaste. It is mysterious and extraordinary, like Scotland itself.


  • 50 ml Medoff Winter
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 7.5 ml Sloe Hayman's
  • 7.5 ml Merlet creme de Mure

How to mix

Put Medoff, fresh lemon juice and syrup into a shaker and thoroughly shake. Fume both wine tumbler glass and a shaker with fruit tree shives. Strain the mix through a strainer to a cooled fumed tumbler with crashed ice. Add liqueur on top. Decorate with mint leaves and berries
