Pampero Pepino

Fresh cocktail with intense taste and a character of cold stormy Pampero wind in Argentina. The mouthwatering green color is perfect to render the bright refreshing taste and charm of South-American cuisine.


  • 45 ml Medoff Royal
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml homemade honey syrup
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 4 leaves oregano
  • 4 leaves cilantro
  • 1 g pink pepper
  • 2 slices pepino

How to mix

First use a muddler to mash fresh leaves of oregano, basil, cilantro and fresh pepino, then add all the ingredients to a shaker and thoroughly shake them. Strain them through a strainer to a cooled tumbler with ice and decorate with a slice of pepino and pink pepper.
