Kai Lichee

This is an incredibly tasty cocktail with a lichee – a fruit, popular in Southeast Asia. The cocktail is fresh and light, as the southern Kai wind in China. It has a fruit taste and a pleasant berry aftertaste.


  • 50 ml Medoff Original
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml Monin Lichee Syrup
  • 15 ml Luxardo Maraschino
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lichee

How to mix

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and thoroughly shake them with ice, and once again without ice. Then strain them through a strainer to a pre-cooled wine glass. Sprinkle a glass and foam with the lime peel. Serve a cocktail with lichee fruit on a skewer.
