Chinook Pepper

In its temper the cocktail is like the burning Chinook wind from eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains. It has bright flavored and hot vegetable taste with spicy notes and lasting aftertaste.


  • 50 ml Medoff Cayenne
  • 150 ml tomato juice
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco jalapeno
  • 2 dashes Tabasco chipotle
  • 3 g salt mix
  • 2 drops celery bitter

How to mix

All the ingredients, except for lemon, mix in advance and let them draw. Then use the method of drink throwling to mix and cool the cocktail. Decant to a cooled Highball glass with salty rim and decorate with a jalapeno pepper.
